Information For Authors

Author Guidelines

Vijoriya International Journal for Research & Innovation (VIJRI) welcomes original research articles, review articles, and other scholarly contributions within its multidisciplinary scope, including science, technology, engineering, humanities, social sciences, management, education, and related fields.

Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English and should present original scholarly work that has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by another journal.

Authors should prepare manuscripts in a clear and structured format. Where applicable, manuscripts should include a title, author information, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references, and other sections appropriate to the nature of the research.

Authors should use consistent academic citation and reference formatting throughout the manuscript. References must be complete and accurate, and all sources cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission is original, that all contributors who meet authorship requirements are appropriately identified, and that all necessary permissions and ethical approvals have been obtained where applicable.

Manuscripts may undergo editorial screening and peer review before a publication decision is made. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to editorial or reviewer comments.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before proceeding with your submission, please confirm that:

  1. The manuscript is original and is not currently published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. The manuscript is written in English.
  3. The manuscript has been prepared according to the journal's author guidelines.
  4. The title, abstract, keywords, author information, affiliations, and references are complete and accurate.
  5. All listed authors have approved the submitted version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.
  6. All individuals who qualify for authorship have been appropriately identified.
  7. Any required ethical approval, consent, permissions, or other applicable documentation has been obtained.
  8. All sources used in the manuscript have been appropriately cited.
  9. The manuscript does not contain plagiarized or improperly reproduced material.
  10. Figures, tables, images, and other third-party material have the necessary permissions where required.
  11. The manuscript is not being simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  12. The authors understand that the manuscript may undergo editorial screening, peer review, revision, and final editorial decision before publication.

Research Articles

This section publishes original research articles presenting significant findings, methodological contributions, theoretical developments, or applied research relevant to the scope of Vijoriya International Journal for Research & Innovation.

Submissions are subject to editorial screening and anonymous reviewer/anonymous author peer review. Manuscripts should present clearly defined research objectives or questions, an appropriate methodology, results or analysis, discussion, conclusions, and relevant scholarly references, as applicable to the research discipline.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submissions are original, appropriately referenced, ethically conducted where applicable, and not simultaneously under consideration by another publication.

Review Articles

This section publishes scholarly review articles that critically examine, synthesize, and evaluate existing research on topics within the scope of Vijoriya International Journal for Research & Innovation.

Review articles should provide a clear and comprehensive synthesis of relevant scholarly literature and should demonstrate critical analysis rather than simply summarizing previously published studies.

Submissions are subject to editorial screening and anonymous reviewer/anonymous author peer review. Authors should use appropriate and transparent methods for identifying, selecting, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant literature where applicable.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submissions are original, appropriately referenced, and not simultaneously under consideration by another publication.

Editorials / Commentaries

This section publishes editorials, commentaries, perspectives, and other scholarly contributions addressing topics of relevance to the readership and scope of Vijoriya International Journal for Research & Innovation.

Editorials and commentaries may discuss emerging research developments, important scholarly issues, methodological perspectives, research trends, or matters of significance to the academic community.

Submissions may be invited by the editorial team or considered following editorial assessment. Where appropriate, submissions may undergo peer review or external scholarly evaluation at the discretion of the editorial team.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submissions are original, appropriately referenced where applicable, and disclose any relevant competing interests.

Book Reviews

This section publishes scholarly reviews and critical assessments of recently published academic and research-oriented books relevant to the scope of Vijoriya International Journal for Research & Innovation and Vijoriya International Publications (VIP)

Book reviews should provide an informative and critical evaluation of the book's content, objectives, scholarly contribution, strengths, limitations, and relevance to its intended field or readership.

Reviews should identify the book clearly, including its title, author or editor, publisher, publication year, edition where applicable, and ISBN where available.

Submissions are subject to editorial assessment and may be reviewed at the discretion of the editorial team. Authors should disclose any personal, professional, financial, or other relationship with the book's author, editor, publisher, or other relevant parties that could constitute a competing interest.

Short Communications / Research Notes

This section publishes concise scholarly contributions presenting focused research findings, preliminary results, methodological observations, technical developments, or other research contributions that can be communicated effectively in a shorter format.

Submissions should present a clear research objective or purpose and provide sufficient information about the methods, findings, analysis, and conclusions to allow readers to understand and evaluate the contribution.

Short Communications / Research Notes are subject to editorial screening and anonymous reviewer/anonymous author peer review. Authors should ensure that submissions are original, appropriately referenced, ethically conducted where applicable, and not simultaneously under consideration by another publication.

Case Studies

This section welcomes original case studies presenting detailed analysis of specific cases, organizations, communities, projects, interventions, events, practices, or real-world situations relevant to research and professional practice.

Case studies should clearly describe the case context, objectives or research questions, methodology or approach, findings or observations, analysis, and conclusions or implications. Submissions should provide sufficient evidence and references to support the analysis and should demonstrate academic or practical relevance.

All submissions are subject to initial editorial screening and anonymous reviewer/anonymous author (double-blind) peer review. Authors must ensure originality, appropriate ethical considerations, confidentiality where applicable, and proper permissions for any identifiable information, images, documents, or other third-party materials.

Case studies must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or publication. Authors should disclose any competing interests, funding, or relationships that may affect the case or its interpretation.
