Abstract: The research establishes best practices and upcoming patterns of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) while considering sustainability together with digital trust specifically cybersecurity and innovation as essential domains. The responsible and effective implementation of ICT demands solutions for these fundamental aspects because it is increasingly important for worldwide connectivity and commerce and governance operations. Abstract: Educational institutions experience extraordinary change through Information and Communication Technology (ICT) but Learning Management Systems (LMS) play the most substantial role in developing modern teaching-learning methods. As pertaining to this study about the best practise regarding implementation for enhancing e-learning by the use of ICT based LMS, this is an implementation proposal as at April 2025. They came up with a mixed approach of survey of 300 university students and faculty; case studies of university benchmarks such as MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard; and LMS analytics. Analysis of key studies indicates that user-oriented approach, application of Al algorithms and features, and effective cybersecurity increases learner’s interest and their satisfaction; the survey results demonstrate 85% of satisfaction for Al incorporated systems compared to 60% of traditional ones.
